* Tango shoes exchanges and return allowed only if shoes are unsoiled, and in original condition. Please try your shoes on a carpet or other clean, soft surface to prevent any scratching of the soles. Shoes with soiled, scratched or marked soles or shoes which have been worn CANNOT be returned. Shoe box interior packing must be included.
* Tango dancewear exchanges and returns are only accepted on dancewear that have not been worn, altered, or washed, and with all tags attached. Tights that have been opened or tried on are not returnable due to health reasons. Exchange and return are not accepted for dancewear with sweat, perfume, smoke and soiled or has stains of any kind.
* Music CD, Videos, DVD and books exchange or return of correctly delivered goods is not possible.
* All custom order items exchange or return are not possible unless it is defective.
