The Tango Shop Return Policy
Our desire is to afford you the level of service that will parallel the satisfaction you will experience from the fine products we offer. If in any case you still wish to return the items, we provide refund guarantee for shipment recieved within 30 days. All refunds are for merchandise only, shipping charges are non-refundable. International orders will be charged full shipment charges on exchanges. The customer must return the merchandise with a copy of that invoice. For an exchange please enclose an explanation of what you would like us to send you.

If you need your exchange back faster, we suggest reordering what you need as a new order then return the unwanted merchandise with a note on a copy of the original invoice packing slip, note the words "CROSS EXCHANGE" with the "INVOICE NUMBER" of your new order. Then, the return will be credited back to your credit card and any refund fees will be waived.
* Specific terms on the return and exchange of goods vary with different items as followings:
Shoes exchanges and return allowed only if shoes are unsoiled, and in original condition. Please try your shoes on a carpet or other clean, soft surface to prevent any scratching of the soles. Shoes with soiled, scratched or marked soles or shoes which have been worn CANNOT be returned. Shoe box interior packing must be included. Do not destroy shoe boxes by taping them directly as you will be charged for a new box ($3.00)....Customer will pay any shipping expenses.
Special Order Dance Shoes
If the dance shoes were processed by special adjustment of fitting or color/material combination or special heel height, different from the standard supply, exchange/return is not accepted.
Exchanges and returns are only accepted on dancewear that have not been worn, altered, or washed, and with all tags attached. Tights that have been opened or tried on are not returnable due to health reasons. Exchange and return are not accepted for dancewear with sweat, perfume, smoke and soiled or has stains of any kind.
Music CD, Video, DVD, Books and Art
Exchange or return of correctly delivered goods is not possible.
All Custom-order items
Exchange or return are not possible unless it is defective.
Sme of the products offered for sale at the TheTangoShop.com are kept in stock. You must cancel an order before it is shipped to avoid shipping charges. Any payments made by credit card will be refunded to your credit card. Custom orders are non refundable.
If you cancel an order that has already shipped, shipping fees will apply. Please see our return policy for more information.
For your protection, we suggest you to insure for the full purchase price by a carrier that offers package tracking (e.g., UPS, FEDEX, USPS registered mail) and retain your receipt. The Tango Shop is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Please allow 10-15 business days for your return processed once it has arrived at our wharehouse.We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Credit card companies vary in the time it takes for a "credit" to appear on your monthly statement.
* Items that are not in the original packing will be subject to a $10 repackaging fee.
* If the returned items does not meet our return policy will be shipped back to customer, and customer will be charged an additional shipping fee-No Exceptions.
* We reserve the right to change the policies without prior notice.
