We ship domestically and internationally via USPS and FEDEX. For your convenience we offer Real-Time shipping in our website to estimate the cost of your purchase.
United States Customers
1) USPS Priority Mail
Priority mail offers 1-3 days service to most domestic destinations.
2) USPS Express Mail
Express mail offers overnight service to many destinations 365 days a year and delivered next day by noon to select locations.
Features: Express Mail provides tracking and insurance for up to $100 at no additional cost. Additional merchandise insurance is available up to $5,000.
3) Fedex 2nd Day Air
Fedex 2nd Day Air offers by 4:30pm is 2 business days to most areas (by 7pm to residences) to and from all 50 U.S. states.
Please note:
* Delivery only occurs on business days (Monday through Fridays, excluding holidays).
* If for some reason an item is out of stock or no longer available you will be notified by e-mail.
* The special shipping instruction could be leave on "customer comment" in the checkout process.
* All overnight orders placed on weekend will be delivered on the coming Tuesday.
Canada, Asia, Europe, and Rest of World
1) USPS Global Express Mail
USPS Global Express Mail offers 3-5 days to most international orders.
Pleae note:
* Delivery only occurs on business days (Monday through Fridays, excluding holidays).
* The special shipping instruction could be leave on "customer comment" in the checkout process.
* If for some reason an item is out of stock you will be notified by e-mail.
* For all international orders, customers are responsible for paying the custom and import duties, if any. We cannot determine in advance if there will be such duties and how much they will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office or post office.
* The return policy also applies to our international orders, however, the refund timw will be extended to 45 days due to the fact that the international shipping takes longer time than regular ground shipping.
When will my order ship?
Unless you have recieved an e-mail confirmation that part or all of your order is currently on backorder, please use this formula to determine when your order will arrive:
Estimated Total Delivery Time = Shipping Time + Shipping Method
Shipment time ( the time between ordering a product and that product leaving our wharehouse) depends on product availability. Availability is indicated in each product description on our website.
TheTangoShop does not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays. Please allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for weekend orders. We ship an item as soon as it is available, so it is not unusual for you to recieve your order in separate shipments.
Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
